Mr. Arapi has twenty-Five years of experience, leadership, and insight into the Security Industry that has been gained by providing Security Services throughout the world. He is an ordained minister with 27 years serving missions in eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America. These experiences are unique and provide the driving force behind the culture of USSA and the services it offers. Eric holds a Batchelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and Master of Business Administration degrees. He has extensive experience managing security operations for several other security providers, through which he has directed, coordinated, and provided protection to numerous clients, managing thousands of employees, serving hundreds of customers.

Ms. Arapi has Seventeen years’ experience in all aspects of Security Operations as well as a Degree in Accounting. She is experienced in leading the development and implementation of Special Assignments, Executive Protection for Celebrity/Dignitary Officials (including the President of the United States), Maritime Transport, State/Local Emergency Response, Anti-Terrorism Training, and Incident Management Systems. In addition to her Security Experience, she provides Human Resource functions and advises the management team in business management, personnel skills, and accounting functions

Mr. Morse has thirty-Five years of experience in the development, management, growth, and ownership of service-related companies. Founded an Environmental Consulting company and grew the company to become the premiere provider of Natural Resource sciences as well as Environmental Permitting specialists in northern New England. Merged with a 500-person multidisciplinary employee-owned firm. As a Principal Owner in both organizations, directed multiple Project Teams within the companies to service Large Retail Developers, Residential Developers, Gas and Electric Utilities.  Eight years of experience as member, chair, and Hearing Officer on a State Environmental Review Board adjudicating appeals to permitting decisions issued by the State Environmental Agency.  Eight years of experience in the Security field with over five years of experience as Director of Security at a Golf Course Community with 920-residential units, a public Golf Course, and a Public Marina.

Mr. Rivera has eleven years’ experience in the Security Industry as an Armed Guard with experience in Event Security and Operation Management. He served in the Army National Guard for four years with a deployment in the Middle east providing Security at facilities in Syria, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. Elvis has a Bachelor of Criminal Justice Degree from Everest University. He is responsible for the daily operation of the company’s Security Staff. He assists HR in recruiting as well as overseeing all Site Supervisors and security staff with respect to training and scheduling needs.
